As expounded in Matthew 5:9, it is stated, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” This divine promise highlights the divine rewards awaiting those who actively pursue peace. The directive is further amplified in Matthew 5:43-44, where the teachings exhort followers to love even their enemies and to pray for those who may be against them.
